How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 4-5 business days for us to print, package and take your parcel to our courier.
For international orders, once it leaves our warehouse delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Please note: We get an influx of orders from September - December. Local and international orders can take up to a week and a half to be shipped. If you have an urgent order, please don't hesitate to email us at info@libbybellart.com so that we can see what we can do to get your order to you ASAP.
Once it is with our local South African couriers, it usually takes one night (Mon - Thurs) to get to the Gauteng region and two or three nights to get to the rest of South Africa. All deliveries are door-to-door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to every single country in the world!
I’m purchasing from outside South Africa. Will I pay taxes & duties upon receiving my parcel?
If you are shipping internationally please note that unfortunately there will be tax & duties to be paid once arriving. These vary from country to country so please consult with your local courier company for more info on your specific taxes and duties. Upon request, we will provide you with your parcel’s exact weight and measurements.
How much will it cost to ship my parcel?
South African shipping is a flat-rate of R75.00 to your door (updated 10 May 2025).
International shipping is a standard flat-rate of R550.00 (approx. $29 / £23 / €27) with FedEx or UPS to your door to any country in the world. (updated 10 May 2025).
Can I track my delivery?
Local RSA Orders Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email from The Courier Guy with the tracking reference provided. Please be aware that if your order has been packaged into more than one box, you may have more than one tracking reference. Enter your waybill number into the Track-and-trace box here https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track and you’ll be able to track you parcel to your door.
International Orders International orders are dispatched from Mpumalanga, South Africa to our international shipping partner in Cape Town, South Africa. From there they are dispatched out to your intentional location. Please allow for 3 - 4 working days for us to receive your tracking number from our international shipping partner with your clickable tracking link.
Do you offer free delivery if I spend over a certain amount?
Orders over R750.00 shipped to a South African address qualify for free local shipping. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using the following payment gateways on the website:
PayFast (standard SA payment Gateway)
PayFlex (Pay your order off in four interest-free instalments over six weeks 3 interest-free instalments over 3 months)
PayPal (for all international payments but also available to South Africans).
Direct Bank Deposit using the LB Banking Details on your order invoice.

Which products are excluded from using a discount code?
Unfortunately discount codes do not work on sale items.
Returns Policy
- You have 30 days from receipt of your order to submit a return.
- Products must be returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached, sleeves included and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- Refunds are processed via EFT to your specified bank account. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to make a replacement order, you can do so via our website.
- If your item was bought from a stockist, any returns must be made through them.
- Personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty, as by their individual nature they cannot be re-sold. Please check spellings carefully when submitting your order.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process international returns.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault, please contact our Customer Experience Team prior to returning the item. We will need as many photos as possible please.
